Process & Application
Materials: Multi-layer carbon plate after pre-pressing, filter paper on which special pattern needs to be pressed. The pressed patterns can increase the contact area of filtering material or work as flow pass of hydrogen.
The pattern process can greatly improve the productivity and continuity of production.
Process & Application
Roll Temperature: High temperature (Oil heating); Max. temperature 310℃ (Electrical heating)
Powder shape materials: Inorganic materials (Aramid fiber, plastic particle), metal particle (copper powder, silver powder, stainless steel powder), carbon powder, special polymeric particle. The particles are pressed into continuous web by several passes under high temperature.
The application of finish products includes military body amour, missile support, shielding product for signal, high thermal conductivity products, supercapacitor.

Line Speed: Max. 18m/s Adjustable
Speed Ratio of Rolls: Hi speed lapping of powder is done under different speed of two rolls.
Roll Temperature: Hot roll (Oil heating)/Cooling roll (Cooling water)
Products: Powder shape materials of food, inorganic materials, raw materials of cosmetics are lapped into gel with two rolls under different speed. The gel after lapping is to be processed in the subsequent process.
