Process & Application
The mass production press machine designed for the middle or high speed production of electrode consists of AUTO unwinder, presser, AUTO rewinder. The electrode goes through the unwinder, dance roller and EPC unit and presser. The electrode can be pressed to the target thickness with roll gap and pressure adjustment system while the whole process is close-loop controlled with the feedback of online laser thickness testing system.
